Fridays on the Jeep® Blog, we’re featuring some of our favorite concept vehicles. This week, check out the 2013 Jeep® Sand Trooper II Concept model.
The Jeep Wrangler Sand Trooper II concept vehicle was a direct follow-up to the original Sand Trooper concept model that made its debut at the 2012 SEMA Show.
The exterior of the vehicle is outfitted with a number of Mopar® parts, including a satin black grille, Warn winch, rock rails and LED off-road headlamps to name a few things.
Under the hood, the Sand Trooper II features a 5.7-liter HEMI® V-8 engine with 375 horsepower. It also includes Mopar® eight-lug front and rear portal axles, to help with any obstacle you might come across in all your off-roading adventures.
Additionally, the Sand Trooper II features front and rear half-doors, modified bumpers, and 40-inch off-road tires.
Inside, you’ll see black leather seats and Mopar® slush mats. The vehicle also hosts a rear back-up camera and trailside winch kit.
