In our hyper-connected, technology-centric world, it’s easy to get lost in a sea of texts, shows and status updates. In fact, Jeep brand fans probably know as well as anyone how essential it is to always be aware of one’s surroundings and the importance of putting the environment first. You adhere to the philosophy of “pack it in, pack it out” when you’re camping or off-roading, however bothersome it may seem at times. You obey the trail signs and warnings, never treading (by foot or vehicle) on protected land or in a way that will upset the local environment. You might even join your local restoration projects, bringing natural habitation and vegetation back or working opening new trails for hikers and off-roaders.

After all, without a vibrant, enriched environment, from the deep, wooded forests to the red rocks of Utah, off-roading just isn’t the same. Get out there and celebrate Earth Day.
