Assembly Line at Jeep® Parkway, Toledo, Ohio (1964)

Jeep® Blog recently toured the Jeep® Wrangler assembly facility in Toledo, Ohio. We chopped it up with some of the workers to find out exactly what goes in to manufacturing Jeep Wranglers. That got us thinking about Jeep brand’s heritage and the essential place this plant has in it.

This photograph is a view of the final assembly line at Jeep Parkway, Toledo, Ohio where Jeep vehicles were assembled from the 1940s until 2006. The Jeep Parkway is no longer around but the Toledo South Assembly Plant and the Toledo North Assembly Plant are still the heart of Jeep brand. The vehicle assembly process has changed dramatically over the years, but our loyal Jeep brand employees continue to design, manufacture, and assemble vehicles that can Go Anywhere, Do Anything™.
