The Jeep® Brand Supports Fisher House and I Support

The Jeep® brand’s storied history with the U.S. military is well known, and that support and strong relationship with our brave servicemen and servicewomen continues today. The new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Freedom Edition has hit showrooms, a vehicle harkening back to the brand’s military roots. Available in red, white, and blue, the Wrangler has a military-inspired star decal on the hood and an “Oscar Mike” fender badge. The best part of all is that Jeep will donate $250 from each Wrangler Freedom Edition it sells to charities that benefit U.S. military members: the Fisher House Foundation and the I Support Foundation.

The I Support Foundation (ISF) increases awareness and support for U.S. veterans, providing life-impacting support services for the men and women of the military. You can show your support to those who have defended our freedom by purchasing an I Support wristband or magnet at the ISF website. As an added bonus, for every 12,500 wristbands and/or magnets sold, they’re giving away a Jeep Wrangler.

The Fisher House Foundation donates homes built on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers, enabling family members to be close to their loved ones during their hospitalization for illness or injury. There is at least one Fisher House at every major military medical center to assist families in need.

The Jeep brand is proud and honored to continue supporting U.S. military servicemen and servicewomen, including these two noble, patriotic organizations. Please visit the I Support Foundation and the Fisher House Foundation to learn more.
